Tank
Headquarters
In addition to our six plants, we have a commercial tank
farm located in
Vancouver. Fats and oils produced
at West Coast Reduction's Prairie plants arrive via
insulated rail tankers at our bulk storage terminal,
located immediately adjacent to Vanterm, Canada's
largest Pacific terminal. Here they are pumped through
underground lines to designated storage tanks prior to
loading and shipping. In addition to storing our own
fats and oils, West Coast Reduction operates a
commercial tank farm. With a storage capacity of over
83,000 metric tonnes, we store, handle and ship canola
oil, kosher canola oil, vegetable oils and
biodiesel
from manufacturers worldwide. Our facilities for
exporting
tallow and canola oil are among the largest in
North America. Our protein meals are shipping worldwide.
