Rendering is Reduction
The
rendering process involves the reduction, by
cooking, of protein waste material (raw material).
Protein waste material (raw material) is reduced by
evaporation into three main components. These components
are: water, approximately 50%, oil, approximately 25%
and solid, approximately 25%.
Rendering is Disposal
The
rendering process provides a disposal option for
protein waste material (raw material) that is
centralized, efficient, quick, safe, economical and
effective. Large volumes of protein waste material
(raw material) can be handled at a rate which keeps
up with the rate at which protein waste material is
created each day. A single system, such as any of
the systems operated by West Coast Reduction Ltd.,
can
recycle, reduce and dispose of up to thirty tonnes of protein waste material (raw material) each
hour on a continuous basis. |
