West Coast Biodiesel is a wholly-owned
divison of
West Coast Reduction Ltd. (WCRL) established to
initially market, store, and distribute biodiesel in
Western Canada.
WCRL is a leader in Canada’s
rendering industry, operating technologically
advanced rendering plants in Western Canada. WCRL
renders inedible animal by-products from the meat,
poultry and fish processing industries and recycles
used cooking oil. The removal and rendering of
inedible animal by-products is an essential service that
protects the environment and creates products including
protein meals, fats and oils used in the world's feed,
oleo-chemical, soap and biodiesel industries.
WCRL has an established 85,000 MT tank farm serviced by
rail on the Vancouver Port and is well experienced in
distributing fats and oils.
