Based at our Vancouver Plant location on the Port of Vancouver, we are hiring for a Redux Services Account Coordinator.  The role is responsible for administration support to the Redux Sales Team, coordination of the Redux team account activities and being the primary support person available to our key large Redux customers.

Reporting to the Manager of Redux Services situated in Calgary, this is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day account coordination activities for key customer accounts such as: handling all inquiries, coordinate with third party service providers, managing reports or records and handling work tasks in support of emergency service calls

  • Manage customer reports, tracking, record keeping and updates to Redux customer account data in our CRM and ERP systems (JD Edwards)

  • Support Redux Service Consultants by assisting with outbound sales calls, tracking of site visits, preparation of sales materials and information consolidation

  • Provide assistance in resolution of Redux product and service problems

  • Management of recording and logs of incidents for review

  • Generate reports for missed service stops and other service-related issues

  • Research and compile information on new target customers to increase Redux Program growth across Western Canada

  • Coordinate business development activities with Redux Service Consultants

  • Execute all third party service provider scheduling and coordination

  • Provide assistance with day-to-day account service support and coordination of special projects

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Two years of relevant customer service experience or equivalent education and experience

  • Self-motivated and detail-orientated with a high degree of accountability towards projects and work assigned

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal, listening and problem-solving abilities

  • Outstanding organization and time management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work and exercise initiative to ensure high quality service in a high paced environment

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint

  • Prior experience working with ERP and CRM systems a strong asset

  • Ability to work hours required as per business needs and be available on an on-call basis
